Owned by Lisa and Austin Webb, our academy fosters a supportive and inspiring environment where students can develop their skills and confidence. Lisa, our CEO, is passionate about education and empowering students to “Build Their Own Brand of Beautiful.” Austin, our CFO, brings over 20 years of financial and business expertise, ensuring the academy operates excellently. Together, they have built a community where aspiring beauty professionals receive top-tier training in cosmetology, esthetics, barber styling, nail technology, and instructor training to prepare for successful careers.

Our Approach to Our Curriculum
The programs at Austin Kade Academy form the cornerstone of our students’ success. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to help students encompass all the fundamental knowledge and principles necessary for students to excel in their state licensing exams. Alongside this, they can gain hands-on experience and access to premium products, which can distinguish them as accomplished cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail technicians upon graduation.

Our national accreditation allows students access to federal financial aid through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®). We blend business education into our programs, preparing students for post-graduation success. Our passionate industry instructors bring real-world expertise, and we exclusively use professional products for hands-on learning. Moreover, our student clinic floors replicate salon and spa environments, helping students with a seamless transition into their careers.
About Our Idaho Location
Our Idaho Falls campus is strategically located in close proximity to various shops, dining, and major business routes for your convenience. We designed our campus with you in mind, by simulating a professional salon and spa environment. With approximately 12,000 square feet spread across three levels, our academy accommodates various services, featuring 20 hair chairs, 4 barber chairs, 16 nail stations, 6 pedicure chairs, and 11 esthetics treatment beds on our service floors. Additionally, we offer a main classroom or theater seating up to 100 individuals, perfect for classes, guest artists, graduations, and other school-related events, complemented by 11 more instructional areas seating 12 to 30 people each. Our facility has a professional yet welcoming atmosphere that both students and staff can take pride in.
