What Are the Steps to Apply to Austin Kade Academy?
Schedule Your Tour: We’re excited to meet you and discover your beauty aspirations! Join us for a tour to explore Austin Kade Academy, meet instructors, get an inside look at our school, and even kickstart your application process. Consider bringing a family member or friend to make the most of your visit.
Fill Out Your Paperwork: You’ll be provided a copy of the student’s handbook/catalog plus the admission application that you can fill out at home. You can go through our catalog to learn more about our class policies, attendance requirements, dress code, and more!
Submit Your Application: Once you’ve finished the paperwork, bring it to us with the $50 non-refundable application fee, along with proof of age via documents like your birth certificate or driver’s license. This fee, while non-refundable, ensures your readiness and commitment to your beauty school journey.
Sign Your Final Enrollment Paperwork: Then, when you’re ready to start, we’ll set you up for your first day of class, work out payment schedules, and sign the final agreement paperwork. From there, it’s time to get excited, and we’ll see you on your first day of class!
Admission Requirements
Our students must be able to meet Idaho’s requirements for being a licensed professional. That’s why we require our students to be:
- At least 16.5 years old
- A high school graduate or able to prove its equivalent
The admissions requirements are the same regardless of which program you choose.
What You’ll Need to Apply
When you’re ready to start beauty school, we’ll ask that you provide:
- $50 application fee
- Headshot
- Proof of age: E.g. birth certificate, passport, military identification, driver’s license, etc.
You’ll also be asked to fill out admissions paperwork so we can learn more about your beauty school goals and any additional information we need to make sure you’re ready to pursue your education. Then, we’ll ask for a final agreement and work through your payment plan so you’re ready to start your first day of class.
