Owner and educator, Allison Price has over 30 years of experience in the industry and a wealth of beauty knowledge. Her husband Tyler Price grew up in a small-business environment and their co-owner Brock Cornelison has helped finance and bring the vision for the school to life. The owner’s combined knowledge has been crafted into our programs for a well-rounded beauty education. We hope to help students feel prepared not just in practical beauty skills, but in being able to start their own businesses as well.

Before your tour you can also check out our Instagram. You might see photos from inside the classroom, the student salon floor (where all services are provided by students under the supervision of licensed professionals), or examples of student work. We are also proud to support our students outside the classroom. Austin Kade Academy hopes to help students build up portfolios by providing opportunities in events like the North American Hairstyling Awards, local beauty shows and charities, as well as photoshoots. You can get professional training in real-world settings, both in the student salon and outside of school events.

Apply for Federal Student Aid

The first step will probably be applying for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®). You can apply right on the official government site. Our school code is 042035 and will need to be entered when filing.

Other Types of Aid

Once you know what kinds of aid you qualify for, you can look at other financial aid options. Austin Kade offers scholarships for certain programs, and you can speak to one of our administrators for more information on how to start applying for these.

Every school has their own application process and requirements. We require incoming students to hold a high school diploma or equivalent. To complete an admission application, you must provide a head shot, proof of age, and read the student handbook.
