The 4 KPI’s to Track for Beauty Business Success

Getting your existing clients to rebook with you is an essential part of getting more business as a beauty professional. Why is this important? Repeat clients are satisfied ones. They are more likely to spend more money on other services you might offer. It also allows you to schedule out and have full days, which in turn creates more revenue for you.

On average rebooking gives you two more appointments every year per client. If you have 300 clients, then that makes 600 more appointments. By having that many more clients, you can potentially increase your income by $15,000 to $60,000 that year.

It also impacts the total number of clients you would need to keep your schedule full. A new client is much harder to get than someone who is already satisfied with your services. It’s like how you may have a favorite restaurant that is your “go-to” but trying out something new can be more daunting.
